Nancy L. Rotchford

Nancy Rotchford, the daughter of William Beverley Crawford and Erma Fifield, died at her home in Hidden Meadows, San Diego County, CA on August 6, 2018, after a long battle with early onset Alzheimer’s disease.  Nancy attended high school in Ballard, WA, graduating in 1966.  After attending community college in San Francisco, CA, she graduated from the University of California – Berkeley.  She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in 1982.  Nancy began her professional career at the Bank of America in San Francisco, CA.  She later worked for Boeing and Microsoft in Seattle, WA and Ingram Micro in Santa Ana, CA.  After leaving Ingram Micro, she was an independent consultant.

Nancy’s marriage to Frank Rotchford ended in divorce. She is survived by her life partner, Michael Franklin, her brothers, William and David Crawford, nephews, Warren and David Crawford, niece, Katrina Crawford, Michael’s daughter, Nina Franklin, his sons, Zane and Jonathan Franklin, and numerous friends, who remember her good humor and laughter.
